Second, except satisfy consumers’ tastes, IT firms may have to adjust its strategic plan as needed, even though it may sacrifice some other profits to win the battle. For example, the Google Play app would face a decrease popularization rate as the optimization of the Google Search. As the latter affects more to the core competency and revenue, new experiment still needs to be implemented. The decision maker should be able to differentiate the vital and minor strategic steps of his or her company’s future path promptly, considering the common radical changes in this industry.  

In addition, the chance to subvert the world may exist everywhere in the IT industry, as the industry revolution might occur once you initiate a new idea to your app. As the article describes, the new experiment that Google in progress might trigger a new revolution of mobile apps, as the easy access to the information that used to be inside the apps can largely reduce the download needs for apps in mobile devices. With the maturity of this technology, there may be no existence of the apps in the future.
